About …
Introduction …
This website has been compiled for the benefit of the broader family. It had to start somewhere so I, as the website author, decided to use my father as
the website's epicentre. As things progress he may well not end up being seen as in the middle, but who knows?!

Protocol: to help with listing (surname alphabetically, year of birth) the surname used is the family of birth surname. Where a person
becomes married their entry is shown thus: “born family surname (now: married/new surname)” example: “WHITE (now: SMITH) firstnames”.
This appears to conflict with the protocol of “firstname (born family surname) current surname”.
Where a person's religion (believe) is shown, it's shown for information only and not to indicate anything else - where a person's gender is shown only
using the terms “male” and “female” it is not intended as a slant, preference, or particular opinion of the author. The author recognises
and respects that some like to be referred to here under a different label/group. For those where this is important the author wishes to state he does not hold
value in any particular identification/association term as he was taught by his father to, and adopts, treating everyone as equal and as one would like to be
treated oneself. Labels are inconsequential, or at least they should be - personality and respectful behaviour is what counts.
